Welcome to our website!  Rockley is owned and run by Nic Barker and Andy Willis and we are based in north Devon, in the Exmoor National Park.    

Nic is a UKNHCP natural hoofcare practitioner, and we have ridden, hunted and competed our horses barefoot for many years.  

We have successfully rehabilitated many  horses with a variety of hoof-related issues and lameness, including navicular/deep flexor tendonitis.
